Project Description

1051 Mission Affordable is a 158-unit affordable development within a 800-unit master plan project. The affordable building consists of 19 studios, 45 1-BR, 54 2-BR and 40 3-BR units. 2 3-BR units will be reserved for on-site management, with the remaining 156 units targeted at 30-60% AMI. The project will serve a family population. There will be 115 on-site parking spaces in a ground floor garage. There will be on-site common areas for residents, including a community room, courtyard, and rooftop terrace. There will be office space on-site for leasing and property management. 

Development Finance Application Competency
  • Supported the AHSC application by creating checklists, amenity maps, and compiling documents for submittal

  • Supported the San Mateo County Measure K application

Other
  • Assisted in gathering information for meeting with project committee

  • Drafted CSA amendments to add additional services for vendors and CSAs to onboard new consultants
  • Organized and managed a list of vendors by working with PMs and PAs to be used as reference and to onboard future vendors
